Return & Replacement Policy
Made Rite Bedding
Effective Date: 10/1/2025
At Made Rite Bedding, every product is custom-made and thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure top quality. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, in the rare event that your order is damaged during shipment, we are committed to replacing the affected item(s) under the conditions outlined below.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted under any circumstances. Please carefully review your order before submission.
Replacement Policy for Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives with shipping-related damage, you may qualify for a replacement under the following conditions:
Customer Responsibilities:

Inspect all packaging upon receipt.

Report any visible damage immediately.

Note all damage clearly on the delivery receipt or bill of lading at the time of delivery.

Email photo documentation of the damage to:

Include your order number, contact information, and a brief description of the damage.

Submit this documentation immediately upon receipt to ensure a valid replacement claim.

Made Rite Bedding Responsibilities:

Once the damage is verified, we will provide a replacement unit at no cost to you.

Please note: We do not issue refunds or financial compensation for damages—replacements only.
Mattress Handling Instructions (Upon Delivery)
To ensure the best performance of your Made Rite Bedding mattress:

Inspect the packaging carefully upon delivery.

Do not discard any packaging until you confirm the product is in good condition.

Remove all plastic and protective wrapping from the mattress immediately after delivery.

Allow 24–48 hours after removing all packaging before using the mattress.

This gives the mattress time to fully re-inflate and return to its intended shape and size.

Failure to follow these handling instructions may result in improper product performance and could affect eligibility for replacement.
Important Notice
If damage is not properly noted at the time of delivery and/or supporting evidence is not provided promptly, Made Rite Bedding reserves the right to deny the replacement request.
