At Made Rite Bedding, we strive to ensure every order is delivered safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding order processing, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.

1. Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped using the following methods based on quantity:

  • UPS Ground for orders of 1 to 3 mattresses

  • LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight for orders of 4 or more mattresses

    • Accessorial services (e.g., liftgate, residential delivery, or delivery appointments) will be added based on customer requirements.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and confirmed within 1 business day.

  • Please note that all products are made to order, with standard production lead times of 5–7 business days.

3. Shipping Carriers

  • UPS Ground for small orders (1–3 units)

  • LTL carriers via Custom Companies for larger shipments (4+ units)

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total number of mattresses per order:

  • $50 per mattress, capped at:

    • $500 for orders of 10–20 mattresses

    • $1000 for orders of 20+ mattresses

5. Shipping Origin

All orders ship from our manufacturing facility located in:
Franklin Park, Illinois 60131

6. Tracking Information

Tracking numbers will be provided via email at the time of shipment for both parcel and LTL orders.

7. Delivery Timeframes

  • Production lead time: 5–7 business days

  • Delivery timeframe: Varies depending on the destination and shipping method
    Please note that delivery timelines may vary based on the shipping carrier’s route and delivery schedule.

8. Order Cutoff Time

We currently do not offer same-day or next-day shipping. Orders are fulfilled after production is completed and scheduled for shipment accordingly.

9. Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

In the event a shipment is undeliverable or returned, Made Rite Bedding will incur the cost of redelivery. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at the time of order.

10. Delays and Exceptions

During holidays, or in the case of unexpected delays, production and shipping may require an additional 2–3 business days. We will communicate any known delays as early as possible.

11. Made-to-Order Production Notice

Please note: All products are made to order. Standard production lead time is 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation. This timeline does not include shipping duration.
